Sunrise Lake Memorial Garden, LLC owns about 162 acres in the

Hartwood District of Stafford County, near Fredericksburg in northern

Virginia, fronting on Enon Road.

This new Virginia Cemetery has excellent access to transportation.

It is less than 0.6 mile from new Exit 136 on I-95, 45 miles from

Washington, DC and Richmond.

The new Stafford Regional Airport is about two miles north of Sunrise Cemetery.

Virginia Railroad Express (VRE) that connects Fredericksburg with

Union Station, Washington, D.C., is about 6 miles from Sunrise Cemetery.

The new exit connector, Exit 136 on I-95, is NOW OPEN. The New

Connector is widening U.S. 1 between Route 627 and Potomac Creek to six

lanes with a median. A two-lane road will run from U.S. 1 west to

I-95 and then continue to a new airport access road.

Benefits

The new exit 136, is connecting State Route 627 (Mountain View Line) to

I-95 as well as improve access to Sunrise Lake Cemetery and

the new Stafford County Regional Airport.
